2.1 Damage to Property:
Maloney’s Mowing LLC is not liable for:

• Damages caused by pre-existing conditions at the service site.

• Damages resulting from customer-provided instructions or materials.

2.2 Force Majeure:
We are not responsible for delays or damages resulting from events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, weather conditions, or emergencies.

2.3 Third-Party Services:
We are not liable for issues arising from third-party products or services used during the completion of your project (e.g., materials, tools, or equipment).

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1 Site Preparation:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the service site is safe, accessible, and free of hazards.

3.2 Permits and Permissions:
Customers must obtain necessary permits or permissions required for the work to proceed.

3.3 Notification of Issues:
Customers must notify us of any issues or concerns within 7 days of service completion.

4. No Warranties

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding this disclaimer or related services will be resolved through arbitration as outlined in our Terms of Service.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
