Customers must provide notice of cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid penalties.
1.2 Non-Refundable Deposits:
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are available for services canceled more than 24 hours in advance, excluding non-refundable deposits.
2.2 Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
2.3 Method of Refund:
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
3. Exceptions
3.1 Weather or Emergencies:
If services are canceled by Maloney's Mowing LLC due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, the customer will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3.2 Custom or Special Orders:
For custom projects or materials purchased specifically for the service, refunds may not be available. These terms will be specified in your service agreement.
4. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds will be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution section of our Terms of Service.
